If you are a community or organization with a pressing research question, we can work with you to answer it. The RFRC can be contracted to conduct studies, and/or apply as a partner for research grants.

Study with us

Are you a prospective student or post-doctoral researcher? If you have research interest in rural Atlantic Canada, please get in touch. The RFRC is housed in the Department of Sociology and Social Anthropology at Dalhousie, but can work with students in any program who want training in social research methods and to build expertise in rural issues.
